Amyloid deposition with a granulomatous reaction in a resection specimen: A clue for a pre‐existing Merkel cell carcinoma

Abstract: Merkel cell carcinoma (MCC) is an aggressive, highly metastatic, cutaneous neuroendocrine malignancy with poor prognosis.
