Image acquisitionMRI scanning was performed on a Siemens-Trio 3T scanner (Erlangen, Germany) using a 12channel head coil. Resting-state fMRI (rsfMRI) scans were acquired from all the 101 participants using gradient-echo echo planar imaging (EPI). The participants were instructed to remain relaxed but alert, with their eyes kept open. The acquisition parameters were: TR/TE = 3000/30 ms; flip angle = 90°; FoV = 245 × 245 mm; acquisition matrix = 64 × 64 × 35; in-plane resolution = 3.9 mm × 3.9 mm; slice thickness = 3.9 mm, yielding 140 EPI volumes within a scan time of 7 minutes. The first 4 EPI volumes were discarded to allow for magnetization to approach equilibrium. The T1-weighted image was acquired for coregistration with the rsfMRI and using a 3D T1-weighted magnetization-prepared rapid gradient-echo (MP-RAGE) sequence
