An abbreviated form of the Phillips Rating Scale of Premorbid Adjustment in Schizophrenia.

Abstract: An abbreviated form of the original five-section Phillips Rating Scale of Premorbid Adjustment in Schizophrenia, consisting of Part I, Abbreviated Scale of Premorbid Sexual Adjustment in Schizophrenia and Part II, Abbreviated Scale of Premorbid Personal-Social Adjustment, has been developed, utilizing a 7-point scale (0-6) for each part.
