An Acute Large Pericardial Effusion in a Scleroderma Renal Crisis

Abstract: This case report describes a patient with systemic sclerosis (SSc) who presented with a large pericardial effusion and a scleroderma renal crisis (SRC). The patient's clinical presentation, diagnostic workup, and treatment plans are reviewed.
