An acutely occluded Cabrol graft presenting as an acute coronary syndrome

Abstract: The Cabrol technique employs a synthetic graft to connect the coronary arteries to an aortic graft in patients with complex disease of the ascending aorta. Acute Cabrol graft thrombosis is a life-threatening situation that presents as acute coronary syndrome, as it leads to acute coronary hypoperfusion.
