Abstract:INTRODUCTION: Liver is the most frequent metastatic site of colorectal carcinoma. Adrenal metastasis is the second most common reason of “adrenal incidentaloma”. The presence of solitaire adrenal metastasis from colorectal carcinoma (CRC) is unusual but adrenal metastasis from CRC is not an uncommon event.
