An Aggressive Case of Adrenocortical Carcinoma Complicated by Paraneoplastic Cushing’s Syndrome

Abstract: Adrenocortical carcinoma (ACC) is a rare endocrine malignancy with a poor prognosis. Surgical resection may be curative if localized disease is identified, although recurrence is common.
