An Algorithm for Painting Large Objects Based on a Nine-Axis UR5 Robotic Manipulator

Abstract: An algorithm for automatically planning trajectories designed for painting large objects is proposed in this paper to eliminate the difficulty of painting large objects and ensure their surface quality. The algorithm was divided into three phases, comprising the target point acquisition phase, the trajectory planning phase, and the UR5 robot inverse solution acquisition phase. In the target point acquisition phase, the standard triangle language (STL) file, algorithm of principal component analyses (PCA), and … Show more

“…These numerical experiments illustrate that the NODGM model actually forecasts short-dated control conditions for nonlinear systems in the real world. Therefore, our model can be used to predict all practical applications for current studies, [66][67][68][69] which is also believed robust in engineering systems and decision-making. Nevertheless, this model still has two problems.…”

“…Artifacts with generative adversarial networks (GAN) force the forensic classifier ( Xuan et al, 2019 ; Wang et al, 2022b ) to detect GAN images. The preprocessing step uses gaussian noise and blur methods to remove the unwanted features of PGGAN PGGAN ( Creswell & Bharath, 2018 ), DCGAN ( Radford, Metz & Chintala, 2015 ).…”

“…Metal matrix composites have drawn significant attention from various industries, particularly heavy industries, and are increasingly used in many fields such as aerospace, the automobile industry, biomedicine, and electronic packaging. This is due to their high specific strength and stiffness [4][5][6][7]. SMA is a brand-new class of smart material that possesses special qualities like superelasticity, temperature phase transition, and pre-strain.…”
