Abstract:In this unit, a method is described that allows construction of multiantennary oligonucleotide glycoconjugates on a solid support. A bis(hydroxymethyl)malondiamide-based phosphoramidite that contains two phthaloyl-protected aminooxy groups compatible with normal chain assembly is prepared.
