An Analysis and Assessment of Models for Characteristic of the River Ecosystem Pollution

Abstract: Three deterministic river quality models are evaluated and compared. The comparison of the models has been carried out applying criteria and parameters proposed by the authors. On this basis, the elaboration of a model corresponding to the requirement for integrated water quality management is recommended. The statistical and deterministic models of the water quality can by used, for the prognostication of the state of the river ecosystems under different anthropogenic impact.
