An analysis of awareness of fisheries experience as a serious action to engage in fisheries

Abstract: This study aims toˆnd a way to increase the number of newˆshers considering the decrease in number. We conducted a questionnaire survey to clarify the perceptions and demographics of respondents at aˆsheries job fair in Tokyo and collected 223 answered questionnaires.
