Through specific theories and data from PayPal, this paper was able to conclude that Paypals greatest corporate strategic advantage is its combination of data insights, the Internet and technology, using SSL as a security system and expanding user base, gaining consumer trust and thus targeting consumer and merchant needs to create its own maximum profitability while having a sustainable competitive advantage.
