Abstract:Magnetic behavior of a two-electron quantum dot/ring system are analytically studied with electron-electron (e-e) interaction taking into account the Rashba spin-orbit interaction (SOI) and magnetic field. The Jacobi transformation has been employed to separate the Hamiltonian of the system to the center of mass and relative terms.
