This article proposes a direction of arrivals (DOAs) estimator based on magnitude-only samples with partly calibrated sensors array. First, the difference of DOAs (DDOAs) is obtained from magnitude-only array output. Then, the reference DOA is obtained from perfectly calibrated subarray via combination search. After that, DOAs can be estimated by the reference DOA and DDOAs. For partly calibrated sensors array, the proposed DOA estimator is robust to interchannel mismatch in time. Besides, the complexity of channel calibration is unvaried when array aperture increases. Numerical examples illustrate the advantages of the proposed estimator.
