An appraisal of suitable evaluation methods for turbulence mitigation algorithms

Abstract: In order to mitigate atmospheric turbulence effects such as increased blur, reduced contrast, and image motion as well as geometric deformations, a wide variety of reconstruction techniques has been developed.
