An approach to improve PV performance: Incorporating Q-dot nanocrystals and double sun technology

Abstract: Quantum dot (QD) solar cells have the potential to utilize the high energy photon to multiple electron-hole pairs in order to increase the maximum attainable thermodynamic conversion efficiency.
