An audit into a spinal rehabilitation programme

Abstract: This article details the development of the Rehabilitation for Active Independent Living (RAIL) team at Cedars Medical Rehabilitation Unit. An evidence-based approach of education and exercise for the treatment of chronic low back pain was adopted. The RAIL team also investigated whether the needs of patients were being fulfiled using patient satisfaction surveys.
