“…The case-based reasoning technology of maintenance and support areas are mostly applied for specific parts, such as Han Yun dong apply the case-based reasoning technology to the diagnosis of autopilot steering instrument fault [1]; or for the not so complex system, such as Su Xian researches the rolling mill fault diagnosis system based on case reasoning [2], Shen Da peng studies the fault diagnosis expert system of reciprocating compressor based on case reasoning, the complexity of the system architecture determines the difficulty degree of the case-warehouse organization [3],therefore the organizations of the case-warehouse are relatively easy under these circumstances, but the relative complex structure of armoured equipment determines the higher demand of case-based organization. In this paper, we apply to analysis fault mode before organizations of the case-warehouse, and obtain the corresponding fault modes, then summarize the fault mode to derive the fault mode category, finally establish a hierarchical tree indexing combining with the tree binding equipment to settle the base of the case retrieval and matching process.…”
