An Autopsy Case of Wegener's Granuloma*

Abstract: progressive gangraenous rhinitis " with a character of sarcoma, then showed severe renal failure, and by autopsy, inflammatory involvement of the nose, glomerulonephritis and generalized arteritis were revealed, -a case corresponding to Wegener's granuloma. majority of autopsy cases are malignant tumors.
