Abstract:Guillain–Barré syndrome (GBS) is a rare but potentially serious autoimmune disorder affecting the peripheral nervous system, leading to muscle weakness, paralysis, and in severe cases, respiratory failure. Therapies, such as immunoglobulin therapy and plasmapheresis, are considered mainstays of GBS treatment.
