Abstract: Over the years, there have been many factors that have influenced the landscape of higher education within the UK. “…The level of support (from the support staff and supervisors) can be adapted to satisfy the specific needs of every student, which is based on research, thinking, problemsolving, time management or subject-specific practical skills.
