An Efficient Algorithm for Convex Biclustering

Abstract: We consider biclustering that clusters both samples and features and propose efficient convex biclustering procedures. The convex biclustering algorithm (COBRA) procedure solves twice the standard convex clustering problem that contains a non-differentiable function optimization.
