An Electrochemical Approach for the Selective Detection of Cancer Metabolic Creatine Biomarker with Porous Nano-Formulated CMNO Materials Decorated Glassy Carbon Electrode

Abstract: The facile wet-chemical technique was used to prepare the low-dimensional nano-formulated porous mixed metal oxide nanomaterials (CuO.Mn2O3.NiO; CMNO NMs) in an alkaline medium at low temperature. Detailed structural, morphological, crystalline, and functional characterization of CMNO NMs were performed by X-ray photoelectron spectroscopy (XPS), powder X-ray diffraction (XRD), ultraviolet-visible spectroscopy (UV-vis), Fourier-transform infrared spectroscopy (FTIR), field emission scanning electron microscopy … Show more

“…The metal oxides belong to semiconductor group are performed as the most potential electrons sensing substrate to the development of an electrochemical sensor for analyzing various chemicals and biochemical. Therefore, CuO/Mn 2 O 3 /NiO, [20] ZnO/MgO/Cr 2 O 3 nanofiber (NF), [21] and RuO 2 /ZnO/TiO 2 nanocomposites [22] are the ternary combination of semi‐conductive metal oxides and reported as reliable sensing substrates in the development of electrochemical sensors. ZnO is widely used semi‐conductor and fascinated to researchers due to its promising electrochemical properties, non‐toxic in nature, good stability with amazing photo‐sensitivity, excellent electron communication capacity.…”

“…It is divided into six categories (as shown in Table 1 ), which indicate the impact of air quality on health [ 2 ]. To measure AQI, the instrument first detects the concentration of pollutants, such as PM 2.5 , PM 10 , NO 2 , O 3 , SO 2 , and CO [ 3 , 4 ]. The impact of these pollutants on the human body is calculated as a sub-indicator.…”
