Abstract:Electrochemistry offers an effective means of mimicking enzymatic metabolic pathways, particularly the oxidative pathways catalyzed by the cytochrome P450 superfamily. The electrochemical generation and identification of metabolites are time-sensitive, necessitating adjustable cell designs for an accurate mechanistic interpretation.
