An emergent framework of disaster risk governance towards innovating coping capability for reducing disaster risks in local communities

Abstract: An emergent framework of disaster risk governance is presented as an implementation strategy for integrated risk management that incorporates innovative local coping capabilities that reduce disaster vulnerability.
