The study aims to identify influencing factors and their influences on the residential land use right mortgage as the basis for proposing solutions to improve land use right mortgage. The study used methods of collecting secondary and primary data; processing and analyzing data using SPSS20.0 software. There were 5268 cases of land use right mortgage registration, 3240 cases of land use right mortgage removal and 924 cases for changing contents of land registration. The study identified 7 factor groups with 27 factors affecting land use right mortgage. The credit factor group has the biggest impact at the rate of 18.21%, followed by the 6 other factor groups. Solutions which to be implemented include completing procedures for reviewing mortgage loan documents; amending and adding regulations on mortgage lending; completing procedures to handle mortgage debt; completing human resources, facilities and mortgage registration procedures; freeing loan dossier evaluation.

In today's fiercely competitive environment, most companies face the pressure of shorter product life cycles. Therefore, if companies want to maintain a competitive advantage in the market, they need to keep innovating and developing new products. If not, then they will face difficulties in developing and expanding markets and may go out of business. New product development is the key content of enterprise research and development, and it is also one of the strategic cores for enterprise survival and development. The success of new product development plays a decisive role both in the development of the company and in maintaining a competitive advantage in the industry. Since the beginning of the 21st century, with the continuous innovation and development of Internet technology, the era of big data has arrived. In the era of big data, enterprises' decision-making for new product development no longer solely relies on the experience of decision-makers; it is based on the results of big data analysis for more accurate and effective decisions. In this thesis, the case analysis is mainly carried out with Company A as an example. Also, it mainly introduces the decision made by Company A in the actual operation of new product development, which is based on the results of big data analysis from decision-making to decision-making innovation. The choice of decision-making is described in detail. Through the introduction of the case, the impact of big data on the decision-making process for new product development was explored. In the era of big data, it provides a new theoretical approach to new product development decision-making.

End-User-Driven Approach for Regulatory Compliance in the Public Cloud

Regulatory compliance is equally binding on small and medium business groups. Owing to the small scale and limited budget, such SMBs are unable to seek expert advice. To adequately guard the SMBs in regulatory compliance, the present work proposed a third-party managed-end user-driven approach that renders the list of regulatory acts applicable in one's case according to the country of one's residence, services subscribed, and type of the operations to be carried out in subscribed cloud paradigm. The list of applicable regulatory acts are rendered at the subscriber's end only. In addition, the proposed method notifies the present state of compliance of under-considered cloud providers. Based on the recommendation received, the subscriber can proceed with his decision to subscribe or not to subscribe in the event if desired compliances do not exist. This technological assistance will eliminate the need to possess the required knowledge in regulatory acts or seeking advice from the regulatory expert.
