“…Because of the ultralow thermal conductivity (<1 W m –1 K –1 ) and the optimal carrier concentration (10 18 to 10 19 cm 3 ) of β-Zn 4 Sb 3 , it is harder to enhance the thermoelectric properties in monodoped β-Zn 4 Sb 3. , Meanwhile, β-Zn 4 Sb 3 is prone to decomposition at high temperatures and leads to the deposition of metallic Zn and deviations in the composition of the sample, so the inferior thermal stability restricts its practical application. , In summary, combining the current shortcomings of β-Zn 4 Sb 3 and earlier work of our group, , in this work, we synthesized a series of Na/Ga double-doped β-Zn 4 Sb 3 crystals via the NaCl flux method, and thermoelectric properties; also, the high-temperature thermal stability is deeply researched.…”
