ARTICLE INFOAn educational institution is considered successful if measured by the evaluation activities' success. This research was conducted to evaluate the implementation of the independent curriculum using the Countence Stake evaluation model, which focuses on antecedents, transactions, and outcomes. The sample used comprised 26 respondents consisting of school principals, class teachers, and subject teachers at private elementary schools in Bandung City who implemented the Merdeka Curriculum starting in the 2022-2023 school year simultaneously from phases A, B, and C. The sample was taken using the purposive sampling method, which was taken manually by how the respondents filled out the distributed questionnaire forms. Based on the research it shows that (1) the process of learning the independent curriculum in elementary schools is quite effective, although its implementation is still not optimal; (2) The obstacles to implementing the independent curriculum include the use of textbooks as learning resources; (3) Designing better learning strategies is needed. From this study, it can be concluded that teachers must be more creative in guiding students in projects and can inspire them to develop their potential and instill character values. In addition, teachers must develop their skills so that they can carry out fun learning.

The main purpose of this study is to find out the perceptions about Mathematics that confuse and anxious 2015 TIMSS participants in Australia, Indonesia, and Singapre. The data in this study is the 2015 TIMSS data that has been released to the public and has available for development purpose research. The research method used is quantitative method. The population of this study is students' perceptions of Mathematics subject that confuse and worry students aged 15 years in three countries who are studying in 2015, while the sample is 15-year-old students’ perceptions in these countries. The data in this study were in the form of questionnaires which were answered by 16599 students from these three countries. Based on the results of the analysis of variance, there is a significant difference (P <0,000) on students' perceptions about mathematics subject that confuse and worry students in these three countries (Sig. 0,000). The reliability of students' abilities is the same, Australia = 0.74, Indonesia = 0.75; and Singpura = 0.75. The conclusion is most students in these three countries stated "disagree a lot" about mathematics make students confuse and worry.

Doing evaluation is one of important thing that has been done by the educators. This needs to be done as an effort to evaluate the implementation of online virtual learning for Engineering Students at Surabaya State University. The online virtual learning media used is the google meet application. The survey method was carried out by monitoring the implementation of direct learning in online virtual learning classes. Survey researched was employed to analyze the data, which directly used to monitor the students. The result of this study is that the implementation of online learning during the Covid-19 pandemic can be carried out well. Based on the Lesson Plan Semester,the results of the implementation of the Lesson Plan have been ready, carried out well, and the evaluation of the learning has been done well. The perceptions of lecturers and students shows that online virtual learning has met the minimum criteria of good and sufficient. Keywords: Learning evaluation; Learning Implementation; Virtual Online Abstrak: Penelitian ini dilakukan dengan tujuan untuk mendeskripsikan hasil implementasi pembelajaran virtual online selama pandemi Covıd-19 terjadi. Hal ini perlu dilakukan sebagai upaya evaluasi terhadap implementasi pembelajaran virtual online pada mahasiswa Fakultas Teknik di Universitas Negeri Surabaya. Media pembelajaran virtual online yang digunakan sebagai obyek penelitian adalah aplikasi google meet. Metode survei dilakukan dengan cara monitoring terhadap implementasi pembelajaran secara langsung pada kelas pembelajaran virtual online. Hasil penelitian ini adalah ditemukan bahwa implementasi pembelajaran virtual online selama pandemic Covid-19 dapat terlaksana dengan baik dan terlaksana sesuai dengan rencana pembelajaran semester. Hasil implementasi pada keterlaksanaan pada rencana pembelajaran semester diperoleh persiapan pembelajaran telah siap, telah terlaksana dengan baik, dan evaluasi dari pembelajaran telah dilakukan dengan baik. Kualitas pembelajaran virtual ditinjau dari persepsi dosen dan mahasiswa menunjukkan bahwa pembelajaran virtual online telah memenuhi kriteria minimal baik dan cukup. Hambatan bagi mahasiswa adalah ketika saat perkuliahan secara virtual kondisi jaringan internet tidak stabil. Hambatan bagi dosen adalah sulitnya menilai keaktifan mahasiswa dalam belajar dan kejujuran mahasiswa dalam menyelesaikan tugas/ujian mengikuti pembelajaran virtual online untuk beberapa mata kuliah teori.
