An Evolving Entrepreneurship Simulation as a Vehicle for Career and Technical Education

Abstract: This paper explores the model of a pedagogical system for business and entrepreneurship education and discusses the effects of its evolution on the balance between fidelity of implementation and ease of adoption.

As the world grows more competitive, firms that in the past constituted mainly of field-specific professionals are nowadays in need of employees that not only have professional skills but also possess entrepreneurial talent (Troudt et al, 2017).
