An examination of the factors affecting the adoption of E‐training in the Nigerian civil service sector

Abstract: To examine the role that perceived support has in e‐training adoption in the Nigerian civil service, researchers developed a framework that addressed organizational, technical, and government support, as well as perceived usefulness and perceived ease of use.
