Abstract:Myeloproliferative neoplasms (MPNs), including primary myelofibrosis and myelofibrosis (MF) evolving from a pre-existing MPN (post polycythemia vera- and post essential thrombocythemia-myelofibrosis) are clonal hematopoietic stem cell disorders with heterogeneous symptoms, mutational profile, transformation risk and prognosis.
