An Exercise Intervention for Advanced Cancer Patients Experiencing Fatigue: A Pilot Study

Abstract: Fatigue is reported by advanced cancer patients to be their most prevalent and distressing symptom. Despite this, few interventions have been developed and tested to manage this debilitating symptom.
