“…Since CAI and lecture instruction were respecting the same objectives, using the same contents and illustrations and moreover were both permitting in their fashion an interaction between teacher and learner we do not think that the CAI was generating in the learners attitudes that our tests were not able to explore. The superiority of CAI when compared to traditional lecture stems from other factors which are: rapidity, accessibility, practicability, quality control as pointed out by others (De Dombal et al ., 1969; Mayer & Berton, 1974; Thies et al ., 1969).
