An Exploration of Career Decision-Making among Domestic and International Instructional Design Students

Abstract: Graduate students encounter specific career difficulties in making career decisions, and turn to various sources of assistance, help-seeking resources and guidance (Gati, Gadasi & Shemesh, 2005).
