Abstract: Purpose: Autistic boys and boys with co-occurring fragile X syndrome and autism spectrum disorder (FXS + ASD) demonstrate similar pragmatic language difficulties. The Pragmatic Rating Scale–School Age (PRS-SA) captures ecologically valid metrics of pragmatic language impairments in these populations.
