Abstract:In this paper, for the reduction of torque ripples in six-phase induction motors, a hybrid controller is proposed that combines a well-defined control strategy for the motor operation. The direct and field-oriented control are hybrids that use a stationary and synchronous reference frame with the stator and rotor as control variables. The control variables concerning both the stator and the rotor are controlled using a novel controller named fractional order fuzzy proportional integral and derivative controlle… Show more

scite is a Brooklyn-based organization that helps researchers better discover and understand research articles through Smart Citations–citations that display the context of the citation and describe whether the article provides supporting or contrasting evidence. scite is used by students and researchers from around the world and is funded in part by the National Science Foundation and the National Institute on Drug Abuse of the National Institutes of Health.
