An Improved Encoder-Decoder CNN with Region-Based Filtering for Vibrant Colorization

Abstract: Colorization is the practice of adding appropriate chromatic values to monochrome photographs or videos. A real-valued luminance image can be mapped to a three-dimensional color image.
