An improved network alignment algorithm of dynamic protein interaction networks of floral development inArabidopsis

Abstract: To align the dynamic protein-protein interaction networks (DPINs) might help to better understand the molecular network genetic mechanisms of flower development in Arabidopsis thaliana.
