An improved procedure for production of white spruce (Picea glauca) transgenic plants using Agrobacterium tumefaciens

Abstract: An efficient and reproducible procedure for the transformation of white spruce (Picea glauca [Moench] Voss) embryogenic tissues was developed using A. tumefaciens-mediated gene transfer.
