Saving energy is a major factor for a day now. Prevention of accidents using the most advanced technology. Speed and counting method of highways in the emerging Internet system of things focused on street lighting automation. We also implemented an automatically turned on and off feature that relies on light intensity, vehicle presence sensor and number system. This proposed system, integrated into the system's efficient auto intensity monitoring system-light, accidents control and speed inspection system, is all monitored on the Internet for quick data transmission and response.

The Dynamic street lightening system is designed for energy saving through automation, which is best ever solution for electric consumption as the manual operation for the lightening system for the smart cities is difficult to operate also because of human negligence and maintenance cost is more. Light dependent resistor is used to sense the light intensity measure and transmits the statistics to micro controller and work accordingly that is if the intensity of light increases then the light will be in off mode and if the intensity of light decreases then the light will be in on mode. Through internet connection the status of street lights can be identified through a communication channel called GSM. If at all any light fails to work then alert message is send to the mobile through GSM mobile terminal. This reduces heat emissions, power consumption, maintenance, replacement costs and carbon monoxide emissions.

In the current scenario street lights are turned as an imperative ingredient. As we know plenty of electricity is squandered by street lights. So there is a necessity to rescue power as much as possible. As there exists decay in energy which is proportional to escalate the price of electricity. It is the necessity to save energy, street light monitoring system is fully automated to ameliorate the effectiveness of switching operations of street light monitoring. The Street Light Monitoring System focus is to model an astute advancement in technology by utilizing wireless technology (GSM). Each and every street light is supervised by the server based operated system which sends a information using wireless network (GSM Module) which incorporates client server solicitation which leads for effective supervision and energy economy dominance of street light monitoring system is very crucial.
