An Insight To Pullulan: A Biopolymer in Pharmaceutical Approaches

Abstract: Pullulan is a non-ionic polysaccharide obtained from fermentation of black yeast like Aureobasidium pullulans and is currently exploited in food and pharmaceutical industries due to its unique characteristics.
