An Interdisciplinary Dashboard to Streamline Medication Processing at Patient Discharge: A Quality Improvement Initiative

Abstract: Introduction The purpose of this quality improvement project was to develop and evaluate the use of an electronic medication request dashboard to reduce the amount of time required for medication processing and decrease time lost to workflow interruptions during patient discharge.
