Abstract:Inter-arm variability in blood pressure readings typically signifies arterial disease between the aortic arch and the subclavian artery. The differential diagnosis includes thoracic aortic dissection, atherosclerosis, thoracic outlet syndrome, and subclavian artery stenosis and thrombosis.
