Abstract:Hypoxemic respiratory failure is a rare presentation of active pulmonary tuberculosis (TB). Though tuberculous acuterespiratory distress syndrome (ARDS) is well documented in medical literature, non-ARDS respiratory failure is seldomreported in active pulmonary TB.
