Abstract:Purpose: To report an unusual case of frontal sinus keratocyst.
Case Report: A 31 year old woman presented with a history of swollen right eye and visual field impairment. The ophthalmological examination revealed right superior eyelid edema and some degrees of proptosis. CT scan with iodine injection evidenced the opacification of the right frontal sinus with superior orbital wall lysis.
