An International Learning Experience: Looking at Multicultural Competence Development through the Lens of Relational-Cultural Theory

Abstract: Relational-cultural theory (RCT) proposes that establishing and fostering positive relationships are central to human development, as well as self-awareness and culturally sensitive therapeutic skills.
