Kesibukan dan beban kerja yang tinggi serta kesadaran yang rendah pada usia produktif merupakan faktor penyebab pekerja atau pegawai sering mengabaikan kesehatannya. Perubahan cepat dalam sistem pelayanan kesehatan di seluruh dunia dimungkinkan oleh kemajuan Informasi. Tujuan penelitian ini yaitu membangun sistem informasi pencatatan dan pendataan kesehatan pegawai ASN dan non ASN di lingkungan pemerintah daerah provinsi bali. Manfaat penelitian ini yaitu terbentuknya perancangan sistem sebagai dasar membuat aplikasi informasi mengenai pencatatan/pendataan Kesehatan pada pegawai ASN dan Non ASN di lingkungan pemerintah provinsi Bali. Sistem informasi pencatatan/pendataan Kesehatan tersebut nantinya dapat digunakan sebagai aplikasi yang dapat digunakan oleh Dinas Kesehatan Provinsi Bali untuk memantau status Kesehatan pegawai dan secara tidak lansung dapat digunakan sebagai pendorong pegawai agar dapat melakukan pemeriksaan kesehatan secara rutin sebagai upaya pencegahan dan deteksi dini suatu penyakit sehingga dapat meningkatkan derajad Kesehatan pegawai ASN dan Non ASN di lingkungan pemerintah provinsi Bali.

Are Indonesian Nurses Ready for Healthcare Robots During the Covid-19 Pandemic?

Healthcare robots are used in Indonesia and other countries to combat COVID-19 pandemic. This article was aimed to describe a perspective about healthcare robots, and to recommend ways for Indonesian nurses to engage with healthcare robots during the COVID-19 pandemic. One view hindering healthcare robot appreciation as partners of nurses is its threat to their practice. However, with the current environment of COVID-19 ‘frontline’ situations, increasing infections of patients with SARS COV2, limited personal protective equipment, and the fastidious nature of maintaining social distancing and mask-wearing, it may be best to view healthcare robots as significant partners to facilitate safety, and ease the demands of nursing care activities in order to safeguard human lives while enhancing human well-being. Educating healthcare practitioners about healthcare robot programming and assurance of its safe and secure use can advance robot appreciation as partners in healthcare. These goals, challenges, and recommendations can provide Indonesian nurses some pathways-to-readiness towards a partnership involving healthcare robots, particularly during this COVID-19 pandemic, and in the future.

Technology Acceptance Model (TAM) is one of the valid models to analyze factors that influence the acceptance of technology information, utterly in hospitals. This study aimed to analyze factors that influence the acceptance of the Hospital Information System (HIS) by its staff owned by the Jambi Provincial Government. A cross-sectional quantitative study design chose its sites by purposive sampling with B-type hospitals criterion owned by Jambi Provincial Government, namely Raden Mattaher District Hospital and H. Hanafie District Hospital, in 2019. Population and sample were selected hospital staff based on a purposive sampling of as many as 104 respondents. Factors that can affect HIS acceptance based on TAM theory are the perception of convenience and utility and motivation's staff. Data analysis using version 23 SPSS software, Chi-square analysis to obtain the significance of factors and logistic regression to determine dominance factor. Results showed that the three factors affect significantly HIS acceptance for hospital staff, with OR=5 and p-value=0.003 for ease of use perception, OR=9.8 and p-value=0.003 for usefulness perception, OR=3.4 and p-value=0.04 for staff's motivation. At the same time, the most dominant factor that influences HIS acceptance where evaluated HIS was easy to use for staff would be accepted 10.46 times compared to hard one. Emphasizing the convenience aspect of applying HIS to support the work and performance of staff was urgent for hospital management and Jambi Provincial Government.
