Abstract:Myeloid sarcoma (MS) is an uncommon localized extramedullary tumor composed of immature myeloid precursor cells that can affect any organ. Promyelocytic sarcoma (PS), an extremely rare subtype of MS, is characterized by immature myeloid cells with features of acute promyelocytic leukemia (APL).
