An odontogenic keratocyst: Correlating histopathological and clinicoradiographic features avoids a diagnostic dilemma

Abstract: Odontogenic lesions are often seen as challenging diagnostic lesions. Odontogenic keratocyst (OKC) is a developmental odontogenic cyst, characterized by unique and distinct histopathologic characteristics and an aggressive biologic behavior.
