With the advance of cloud computing, cloud service providers (CSP) provide increasingly diversified services to users. To utilize general search engine, such as Google, is not an effective and efficient if the services are similar but with different attributes. Therefore, an intelligent service discovery platform is necessary for seeking suitable services accurately and quickly. In the paper 1 , we propose a framework that integrates intelligent agent and ontology for service discovery in cloud environment. The framework contains some agents and mainly assists users to discovering suitable service according to user demand. User can submit his flat-text based request for discovering required service. We implement a cloud service discovery environment to demonstrate the concept and its application. We also utilize the Recall and Precision to evaluate the accuracy of the system.

This paper focused on designing of a new ubiquitous interface agent based on the ontology technology and interaction diagram with the backend information agent system, i.e., OntoIAS, in cloud computing environments. Through the techniques of packet decoding and recognizing, the agent employs the CURRL to transform user commands into internal canonical format to conveniently process those commands by OntoIAS, which can avoid numerous, jumbled, and incorrect information torrents that results in misunderstanding of the information intention of users. In this paper, we preliminarily proposed a ubiquitous interface agent with the Bluetooth, GPS, and Zigbee techniques and related interaction diagrams in cloud computing environments. The system prototype and experiment outcomes can also reveal the feasibility of the system architecture.

-The paper presents the conception of the animated interface agent for the concept map based assessment system. The agent is being developed with an aim to solve problems related to rare use or users' unawareness of functional capabilities of the system. The conception consists of agent's goal, functions, inputs, outputs, embodiment, and properties. It is based on the interface agent characteristics and design requirements summarized in the paper, as well as analysis of system needs.
